Due to the nature of our product (food), returns are NOT available.

Refunds (if applicable)

No refunds or cancellations are available after 24 hours. If your order has been shipped from our warehouse within these 24 hours, a refund/cancellation is no longer valid. However, if your product shows damage or tear, we will replace your order at no charge if you provide an image/video for proof of your damaged order.

If you are approved for a refund within our 24-hour window, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7-10 working days.
